Dale comes to you with 40 years construction experience. He currently resides in Verdi, Nevada. He has 6 children and 9 grandchildren with 1 on the  way. Dale has owned and operated his own concrete construction company and has previously been a project manager for various large construction companies. His portfolio includes airport development projects, fire stations, high rise buildings, parking garages, tilt- up prefabricated buildings. Dale has built and managed projects all across the United States. His vast knowledge and construction experience provide unprecedented value and platform. Dales responsibilities at Denscorp General Contractors are, but not limited to,  Project Management, Construction Superintendent Staff Management. He is OSHA 30 certified.

Desiree Dennis comes to us with 16 years of Executive Level Operations experience. She is a licensed General Contractor and currently is our CEO and President of Denscorp General Contractors. Desiree is married to Robert Dennis and they have 4 children, ages 20, 17, 14 & 12. Desiree has previously held titles such as VP of Operations for a Finance Company and Operation’s Manager of a Software Company, where she managed multiple teams both Foreign and Domestic of Software Developers and Engineers. Her responsibilities for Denscorp include overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of our organization, operations and project management. 

Sarah Cuarisma comes to us with an extensive knowledge of project and business management.  She currently resides in Reno, NV with her husband Cliff, who is a journeyman electrician and they have 3 children together ages 22, 17 and 16.   Prior to coming to Denscorp four years ago, Sarah spent 10 years at Microsoft as their Global Operations Program manager for CMT where she oversaw the Reno facility, Narita Japan Facility and Alabang, Philippines Facility.  Sarah graduated with honors with 3 degrees including Business Management, Criminal Justice and Criminal Forensics.   Sarah’s responsibilities with Denscorp include but are not limited to construction administration staff management, project management, customer relations. Her portfolio includes airport development projects, commercial and residential general building.

Robert Dennis comes to you with 22 Years of Construction Experience. He's been a licensed General Contractor for 20 years. He is married to Desiree Dennis and they have 4 children, ages 20, 17, 14 & 12. Robert has invested in and currently owns multiple companies such as Denco Steel Buildings and Stacked Builder's and currently holds the Vice President and RMO position at Denscorp General Contractors. He  has successfully completed multiple phase projects within budget and on time utilizing his vast knowledge of codes and analysis, coupled with his direct knowledge of safe building practices and real-time experience gives him the leading edge in providing subject matter expert advice to relevant parties. Robert's responsibilities at Denscorp are daily operations, project management, contract negotiation, bidding and proposals. 

Our multi-disciplined team of general building and aviation experts is dedicated to designing and managing both general building and airport development projects. Continued development of sustainable green building practices with services including general contracting for commercial and public facilities, airport planning, engineering, CADD design, project management, and construction administration.

We have a demonstrated track record of interacting with policy boards, coordinating and managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute the project in totality including extensive knowledge of coordinating with State and City Officials as well as DOA/Airport Operations and the multi-facets of security coordination with TSA. Direct experience with FAA requirements for Form 7460.
